The Oshawa Airport Lions Club is inviting you to the next District A-16 Convention,
which is being held from Friday, April 11 to Sunday, April 13, 2025

The registration form can be filled in electronically or printed and manually filled in.

Every Lion, Lioness Lion, Leo or Guest must be registered by using this form. Registrations will be confirmed to the e-mail address you provided.

Cheques are to be made payable to "Oshawa Airport Lions Club" with “Convention 2025” in the memo line.

Sunday Only Registration can be paid, by cash only, on Sunday.

Hotel Room Reservations

There is no space available for RVs / trailers at the Hotel.

All registration fees and meals must be paid by March 10th, 2025.

After March 10th, 2025, we will not be able to accept any more requests for meals or reservations.

Deadline to submit a refund request for registration and ticketed events is March 10th, 2025
